Unworthy, life, contrite, exists for another’s sake hope, denied, rots, withers and turns to ash ennui, a lover, wears your face, my soul, constrained, breaks its teeth upon our fate life suspended in a hospital bed, starts, stutters, and stops, your legs broken on perdition, I will carry you

Bell-sworn a child, shivering, follows the glacial stair ennui, overwhelming the day, sinks, an anchor, your fate, rewritten, hides itself between streetlights   my fate, disparate, wishes upon a star, my wish, unable to speak or be spoken finds itself, misunderstood etched in pieces, upon the wall  

black sun rising Babylon, emptied, becomes a curse your life, consigned to misery has yet to bloom, its seeds, finding fertile soil fire the kiln a flower, encased, wilts no longer, love, perplexing itself, gathers in your wake

Drawn out our fate, delineated, collapses, a twilight star, your soul, shaken loose, splits along a seam, two masks, given life, consume you in their becoming the moon, eclipsed, frames your face, my soul, trembling, meets you by the bracken fields, two masks, gifted life, shed themselves

Ritual, your heart, preserving the circle lays itself down, adolescence trembling, trades the steer its place upon the alter, you, your youth offered up, come to understand the principle value of a soul, Isaac, having paved the way, preserves your memory

Evanescent, your soul’s repose, laden down with regret, mired as before, in misery Exile, your world, shrunken down, cleaves itself upon a mirror, your imagination, condemned and nailed to a tree, consumes its silence, you, left for dead shed your skin, you, your ideal left hanging upon the hill, stumble free, aphotic, re-imagined
